Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy of Arizona is a Veteran-Owned Business

Southwest Veterans Award

HBOT of Arizona Receives Grant for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to Help Veterans — Too many of our heroes who served and sacrificed in our military are suffering in silence with PTSD. Now, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy of Arizona, an alternative treatment clinic in North Phoenix, can help more of them, thanks to a grant from Southwest Veterans Foundation for specialized therapy that’s still not covered by insurance or the Veterans Affairs Department.

What is HBOT of Arizona?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy of Arizona is a dedicated hyperbaric therapy clinic that gives you the opportunity to experience the incredible powers of oxygen under pressure. We are committed to offering you the highest quality oxygen treatments in a safe and comfortable setting. Whether you are ready for your first treatment or just curious about what hyperbaric therapy can offer you, we are here to answer all of your questions. Come see for yourself why we are the most trusted hyperbaric therapy clinic in Phoenix.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy delivers 100% oxygen at a pressure greater than sea level atmospheric pressure while the patient is enclosed within a certified pressurized chamber. The patient breathes 100% oxygen while covered under a hood, or while wearing a mask.

When red blood cells deliver only a limited supply of oxygen to tissue cells, negative physiological changes occur. Injuries, infections, and diseases can cause a drop in tissue oxygen level to almost zero. Worldwide research confirms that breathing 100% oxygen under pressure forces the oxygen to reach those tissues and body systems affected by injury, infection, or disease and accelerates the body’s healing process. Statistics from Hyperbaric Oxygenation demonstrate tremendous improvements in hundreds of conditions such as slow-healing wounds, migraines, brain injuries, chronic fatigue, spider bites, and even Cerebral Palsy.

What kind of patients are treated at the HBOT of Arizona?

  • Outpatients
  • Non-emergency conditions
  • Referred patients where consultation and assessment indicate the appropriateness of our protocols
  • To enhance and support the attending physician’s care
  • Conditions where research suggests HBOT may be very helpful
  • Patients where other methods have failed and HBOT may help.

Albert G. Reach, President and Safety Administrator, HBOT of Arizona, LLC

Dr. Reach has been a Chiropractor since 1961 with Arizona D.C. and N.D. licenses. He came out of semi-retirement because of the discoveries in world wide research, and the clinical results observed with hyperbaric oxygen. Dr. Reach brings his dedication to patients, and years of clinical experience to this medical modality, not as a Chiropractor, but as the owner and administrator of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy of Arizona. He received formal hyperbaric training in Florida and Texas.

Because Dr. Reach has always worked well with the medical community, and other practitioners in the healing arts, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy of Arizona always maintains professional protocols throughout our activities. Dr. Reach describes our service as “just practicing the golden rule.” We work with several M.D.’s, D.O.’s, N.M.D.’s, and Homeopaths as well as through a few patient advocate groups. We will always work with your Doctor. We believe in informed consent and patient and family rights.

Dr. Reach provides both personal and professional insights he likes to call: “Just thinking…” Read his insights in the HBOTAZ Blog.
